On November 10, 2020, the Scowcroft Institute hosted a virtual discussion on the need for international cooperation to mitigate the consequences of COVID-19. Dr. Christine Crudo Blackburn, Deputy Director of the Pandemic and Public Policy Program at the Scowcroft Institute, moderated the program. Professor Keiji Fukuda, Director and Clinical Professor at The University of Hong Kong School of Public Health, and Olga Jonas, Research Associate at the Harvard T. H. Chan School of Public Health and former economist at the World Bank, served as panelists.
